DSS Cleaning – Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all residential and commercial cleaning services booked with DSS Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) through our website or other online platforms. By completing a booking, you (“Client” or “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Service Agreement, and, if applicable, the Subscription Services Addendum.
1. Governing Documents
The following documents constitute the governing agreements for all services booked with DSS Cleaning:
1.1 Service Agreement (All Clients)
- Applies to all one-time and subscription cleaning services.
- Outlines the scope of work, client responsibilities, payment terms, cancellation policies, and other standard service terms.
- Clients must review and accept the Service Agreement prior to confirmation of any booking.

1.2 Subscription Services Addendum (Subscription Clients Only)
- Applies exclusively to clients who select weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly subscription services.
- Supplements the Service Agreement and controls over it in cases of conflict or additional terms specific to subscription services, including automatic scheduling, service frequency adjustments, and subscription payment terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service with DSS Cleaning, you agree that:
- You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
- You consent to receive services under the terms outlined in the Service Agreement and, if applicable, the Subscription Services Addendum.
- You understand that subscription services may involve automatic scheduling and automatic billing in accordance with the Addendum.
3. Modification of Terms
DSS Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these Terms, the Service Agreement, and the Addendum at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
