  • Payment and transaction information, such as invoice status, payment amount, payment date, transaction identifier, billing contact information, deposits, refunds, and payment method type. Payment card or financial-account details are generally collected and processed directly by the applicable payment provider rather than stored by DSS Cleaning.

These may include WordPress, Forminator, our website host, email provider, cloud-storage provider, spam-prevention services, and technical-support providers.

Scheduling and Payment Providers

Booking and appointment information may be processed through scheduling providers such as Setmore. Payments may be processed through PayPal or another payment processor. These companies may collect information directly from you and process it under their own privacy policies and terms.

Analytics and Advertising Providers

If analytics tools, advertising pixels, or similar technologies are enabled, providers such as Google and Meta may receive online activity information, including IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, advertising interactions, cookie identifiers, and campaign information. You may receive one final confirmation that your opt-out request was processed. Reply HELP for assistance when that option is supported by the messaging service. Opting out of promotional messages does not prevent us from sending non-promotional communications reasonably necessary to complete a requested transaction or provide a scheduled service.

Mobile telephone numbers, text-message opt-in information, and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide limited information to communications vendors that transmit messages on our behalf, but text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be disclosed for unrelated purposes.

Our general retention periods are:

  • Quote requests and inquiries that do not result in a booking: Up to two years after our last interaction with you.
  • Customer, service, invoice, and transaction records: Up to seven years after the last service or transaction.
  • Service-related photographs: Up to two years after the applicable service, unless they are needed longer to address a complaint, insurance matter, payment dispute, or legal claim.
  • Property-access instructions: Gate codes, alarm details, lockbox information, and similar access instructions are retained only while needed to provide authorized services and are removed when no longer necessary.
  • Emails, telephone records, and text-message communications: Up to three years after the last communication, unless the messages form part of a transaction, dispute, or other record that must be retained longer.
  • Marketing information: Until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or ask us to stop contacting you. We may retain a limited suppression record to document and honor your request.
  • Website, analytics, and advertising information: According to our website settings and the retention practices of the applicable hosting, analytics, security, and advertising providers.
